Mint and coriander are amongst the very common ingredients used in a chutney. And specially during summers any chutney made from either mint or coriander is very refreshing.

  1. Mint-Coriander chutney is my favorite too, especially in summers. It makes for a great accompaniment with any of the Indian cuisines. Besides, tomatoes, I also add onion to it, though rest of the recipe is same as yours.
